I can't recommend this cleaning company highly enough. A team of 4–5 people came to deep clean and sanitise the empty property I had just bought, and they did an absolutely incredible job. They tackled some of the dirtiest and most neglected cupboards I've ever seen and completely transformed areas affected by black mould. Nothing was too much trouble, and they worked tirelessly to get the property cleaned to a really high standard. The team were professional, friendly, efficient, and incredibly thorough. It was obvious they took pride in their work, and the difference they made was unbelievable. They turned a property that felt dirty and neglected into one that feels fresh, clean, and ready for me to move into. I could not recommend Bansal’s Cleaning service enough. Me and my partner are new to the area and as you can imagine, the house was in desperate need of a deep clean. I communicated with Sam over the phone who was very accommodating, originally booking a date which I had to reschedule which was no problem. On the day, the service was prompt and excellent, the cleaner was very professional and did an intense deep clean of the kitchen, including an unloved oven, everything is sparkly and new. It’s can be worrying trusting someone new to clean your home, but I have personally met the owners and one actually cleans my house, they are very nice people, and take pride in their business which I like. Recently used this service for a full clean of my 1 bed apartment in Upton Park (E6 area) with my main focus on appliance cleaning such as the oven and fridge. The cleaner did a great job to a high standard throughout the flat with the oven now like new again. I have used bansal’s for some time now. One time my vacuum cleaner broke last minute and I was concerned my booking would go to waste. I called up to ask if they could help and my mind was immediately put to ease as I was told my cleaner could bring her own machine! I had an end of tenancy clean booked with another company who, unfortunately, let me down last minute. I called the Bansal's team to see what they could do for me, and there was no messing around. Sam and their team did an awesome job with the deep cleaning, stove, and carpets. They were super professional and polite, and everything was sparkling clean when they left. My only small suggestion would be to have more than one person working from the morning/afternoon instead of joining late in the evening. That way, they could have finished the job way earlier than 9 hours. ~ Akansha Y

They arrived early first thing at my house for a deep clean and worked four hours straight. Due to technical problems the carpet cleaning didn’t happen until much later that evening, but the cleaner stayed way over time to get the job done.
